Steam Single is Slayer’s easiest-to-use espresso machine to date. With a built-in water reservoir, it is the first Slayer machine designed for easy installation. Steam Single delivers all the favorite features of Slayer’s popular Steam LP line in a smaller size. Easily brew manually while switching pressures to ‘record’ your favorite shot and ‘play it back’ all day. A dedicated pre-brew circuit allows the barista to gently wet the coffee bed for more balanced and consistent extraction.
