Enhanced Group Head Design
The Faema E98 UP features an enhanced group head designed to improve thermal stability and completely eliminate temperature fluctuations during extraction. This ensures every espresso is rich, aromatic, and well-balanced. Following the tradition of the E98 RE, the E98 UP is available in two versions: low cup and high cup. At Newtec, we supply the standard low-cup model, and we are happy to assist if you require the high-cup version.
High-Power 5000W Heating System
With its high-performance 5000W heating element, the Faema E98 UP reaches brewing temperature quickly—within just 12–15 minutes of start-up. This robust system enables the machine to deliver 20–25 consecutive cups while maintaining perfect temperature stability. In comparison, smaller machines with lower-powered elements can only produce 10–12 cups before needing to recover, giving the E98 UP a clear advantage in busy service environments.
Despite its powerful 5000W heating element, the Faema E98 UP is designed for energy efficiency. Built-in pressure and temperature sensors ensure the system only draws power when necessary, switching off immediately once the ideal brewing temperature is reached. In comparison, smaller machines with lower wattage require longer heating times to reach optimal conditions—consuming nearly the same amount of electricity overall.
