Carpigiani Labotronic 10/45 HE-H
The Carpigiani Labotronic 10/45 HE-H is a high-efficiency batch freezer designed for artisan gelato and ice cream production. It can manage quantities from a minimum of 1.5 kg to a maximum of 7.5 kg per cycle, with an hourly production of up to 63 liters.
Equipped with High-Efficiency technology, it guarantees up to 30% savings in electricity and water compared to previous models. Thanks to the Hard-O-Dynamic® Adaptive system, the machine automatically recognizes the mix quantity and type, adjusting dynamically the cold and hot gas flow to optimize freezing performance.
The unit includes the exclusive Crystal program, perfect for producing gelato in molds, takeaway frozen cakes, and a wide variety of mono-portions. Two programs with heating capability allow mix heating and pasteurization directly in the same cylinder.
Its beater is designed without a central shaft and equipped with self-regulating scraper blades that ensure maximum yield and complete extraction of the gelato. The Post-Cooling function activates cold during extraction to maintain consistency until the last portion.
Operation is simple and ergonomic, with upright working position, stainless steel sprayer with front lock for easy washing, tray-lock mat for extraction and variegation, and customizable production menus.
Hygiene is guaranteed by the one-piece cylinder, stainless steel external surfaces, hot wash function, detachable extraction chute, and delayed cleaning cycle that maintains temperature control after production. Optional Carpi Care and Carpi Clean kits are available to ensure maximum hygiene.
Safety features include rounded corners to prevent accidents, automatic defrost in case of power failure, and compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001 certified quality standards.
Optional accessories include the Crystal dispensing door, 3E beater, inverter module, water filling system, and Teorema remote monitoring.
