The Carpigiani Ready 8/12 is a compact batch freezer machine capable of both freezing and heating liquid mixtures. It includes 8 automatic programs and features Hard-O-Tronic® technology, allowing the display of both programmed and actual gelato consistency during production.
It features the Crystal program, ideal for producing mono-portions with molds, takeaway frozen cakes, and other gelato products.
Batch quantities range from 1.5 kg to 2.5 kg per cycle. Hourly production is between 8 kg and 12 kg.
